Weigh - Ins

• Detailed weigh-in schedule to be released.
• Venue for weigh-in is City Square Mall. Basement 1
• Weighing in with Gi - there is a 400 gram allowance.

Refunds

• Refunds will not be provided for those who miss weight, though you may compete up.
• Refunds will only be provided for regular priced tickets - case by case
• No refunds on early bird, or late registrations
• There is a 15$ penalty for missing weight (payment onsite)

• If any bracket has less than < 3 competitors we will likely merge the bracket. We reserve the right to host any bracket to ensure competitors are provided the opportunity to compete throughout the weekend.
