Organised by the National Arts Council, Noise Interchange is a meeting point for arts managers, educators, programmers and organisations working with youth in the arts to come together to discuss pertinent issues within the Singapore youth arts landscape.

Learn and be inspired by esteemed speakers including Tricia Walton (Carclew), Felix Ng (Anonymous), Pat Law (GOODSTUPH), Takuya Takei (teamLab) and Kok Heng Leun (Drama Box) as they share ideas on developing audiences, building and sustaining online communities, making a small budget count, and more.
