Dumpling Making Class, 2 Feb
Learn how to make dumpling from scratch, from kneading dough and cutting out the dumpling skin to different wrapping techniques. You will also be taught of the different ways to cook the dumplings by steaming, boiling and pan frying (pot stickers). Simple recipes that can be re-created wherever and whenever you crave for these tiny morsels !
Dumplings are festival food for Chinese and great additional to your hotpot parties.
