Silent Disco Asia presents the launch of Silent Fitness Asia, a fresh and inspiring take on well-being that integrates top quality fitness instructors with cutting edge wireless headphone technology for a totally unique and personal exercise experience.

As part of iLight Marina Bay, Silent Disco Asia will launch an entirely new way to experience yoga. For these exclusive sessions, all guests will be provided with a set of wireless noise cancelling headphones that eliminate all external distractions, allowing you to be seamlessly guided through a class in an incredibly personal sense.

Take a Kaalm journey at the iLight Festival as Kaalm teams up with Silent Disco Asia to bring you a Silent Yoga session. Our Singapore Ambassador Davina will be taking you through a Kaalm class with smooth tunes and deep stretching. The flow will be slow with modifications and focus on alignment to make it as gentle as you want.

All levels of yoga welcome.
