Sake2020 Sake Salon with John Gauntner and Shichiken
To enjoy sake world with sake lovers
Sake2020 Project have started an open salon for those who are interested in sake.
The salon is open basically once a month at the newly opened Japan Sake and Shochu Information Center in Toranomon（虎ノ門） with certain topic which will attract your interests. We invite a brewery every time to listen to their story and to taste their precious sake.
Let's join us and share the time with nice sake and talk! The seats are limited for about 20 people, so please apply in a hurry if you would like to join.

World famous sake journalist and co-founder of Sake2020 Project John Gauntner and his team coordinate the salon and share the time with you. You will be overwhelmed by his vast knowledge about sake.
A fascinating brewery from Yamanashi "Shichiken" is the main topic of the night. They have renovated their quality for these several years and have attracted the attention among sake lovers. Successor of the brewery Tsushima Kitahara will offer their sake with talks about their brewery.
Light meal will be served with sake.
