We will have a seasonal and healthy Japanese cooking class on Feb 6th at 11:00am!
Come join us! Lots of ingredients and tricks to learn!

Class menu:
• Clam soup with red miso
• Octopus, avocado, w/ yuzu vinaigrette
• Donabe cooked sushi rice w/ kelp
• Barachirashi (pl see pic)
• Mochi balls w/ house-made black sesame sauce
