Description
Join us to explore and discover methods of Self-Care. We face challenges everyday. Some are more difficult than others. Occasionally, there will be times when we feel tired and our strength waivers. In this session, we will be focusing on ways to Build Your Mental Well-Being and Strengthen Emotional Resilience. There will be 2 volunteer facilitators, who are young person like you, to get the conversation going.
