Join us to explore topics in Managing Emotions. Facing negative feelings and stress, sometimes on a daily basis, is no easy feat. In this session, we will discover each other's coping methods and even gain new ones! There will be 2 volunteer facilitators, who are young persons like you, to get the conversation going.
