The start of a new year is a good chance to start anew: quit smoking, wake up earlier to work out, spend more time with family… All great resolutions that we feel will make our lives better… And yet somehow, by the second week of January, we start to give up on these good resolutions.
Good news, Chinese New Year is coming. You have a second chance to set those resolutions in a different way!
But how? The problem with new year resolutions is that we put a lot of effort to "force" them into reality.
When was the last time you had an eureka moment, when everything was in flow and you got effortlessly what you wanted? In those kind of moments, you were present and relaxed; you had a strong intention for things to happen and yet you let them fall into place by themselves.
What about making your New Year resolutions Eureka moments?
That is exactly what we're offering in this workshop.
Irina, certified Integral Yoga teacher, will guide you to set powerful Intentions such that you can experience by yourself more Eureka moments in 2017. During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to practice physical postures to relax the body and get rid of tensions. In the second part, you’ll lie down in Shavasana and get into a state of deep relaxation which will allow your intentions to sink and settle deeply.

For the workshop you need to:
- have a light lunch and don't eat 2 hours prior the workshop
- bring comfortable clothes to change into for the 2nd part of the workshop, a big towel to cover yourself and a small towel to cover your eyes (if you want deeper relaxation)
