Violet Lim
Co Founder and Director of Lunch Actually and esync. Founder & CEO of LunchClick.

The first Asian to be certified by the Matchmaking Institute in New York City, Violet has gained tremendous insight into the dating and matchmaking industry and is the pioneer in her field. In 2004 Violet set up her own matchmaking company called Lunch Actually with her then fiance, now husband Mr Jamie Lee. Today, Lunch Actually is Asia's biggest premier lunch dating company with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Jakarta and Bangkok with the largest lunch dating membership base. Together with Jamie, Violet also founded esync to fill the gap in the market for trusted online and offline dating service platform. LunchClick came about a few years later followed by Lunch Actually Academy where she helps singles achieve happy, long-term relationships through coaching services.

Irena Constantin
Occupational & Educational Psychologist

An educational and occupational psychologist, Irena completed her M. Phil (lic. Phil) at the University of Zurich, Switzerland and has specialised in Applied Psychology. Irena's extensive experience in psychology runs across various fields such as banking, education and clinical work as well as across a range of areas from career counselling, crisis intervention, relationships, cross-cultural counselling and family therapy. To ensure ethical and professional standards, Ms Constantin is a member of and adhere to standards of the FSP (Federation of Swiss Psychologists) and EAF (Education Across Frontiers). Her latest publication in the SBAP (Swiss Association for Applied Psychology) deepens the placement of handicapped people in businesses. Currently Irena is based out of the Scott Psychological Centre for ADHD and Developmental Trauma.

David Tiang
Owner & Director of Aura Transformation

David Tian, Ph.D., is owner and director of Aura Transformation, a coaching and consulting company in relationships, dating, and lifestyle success. Through his expertise in psychology, philosophy, behavioral science, and social intelligence, for over a decade, Dr. Tian has succeeded in transforming the social lives, love lives, and psychological well-being of hundreds of thousands of people in over 87 countries. Dr. Tian was a former professor of philosophy at NUS before founding companies in coaching, consulting, as well as digital media marketing.

Cindy Leong
Founder Relationship Studio

Cindy is an Enneagram Personality Coach and Trainer who can help you make sense of your professional and personal relationships. Besides being a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) and Corporate Relationship Trainer, she is also a Singapore Social Development Network, SDN-Accredited dating practitioner, a dating and relationship coach, certified wedding planner, and the founder of Relationship Studio. She is also the Chief Dating Coach of Divine Connect, a premium match making agency in Singapore.

She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (majoring in Communications), and has done in-depth research and studies in the areas of Organisational Behavior, Gender Communications and Mating Choices. Through her expertise in corporate coaching, personal development, dating, relationship and image coaching, she has helped many professionals in their walk through challenging times, particularly in the areas of identity searching and relationship building.

Aside from being an in-house Dating Coach and Speed Dating Host for SDN-Accredited Agency, Love Express, Cindy is also a writer for online Sex & Sexuality Magazine, SimplySxy, and has published 2 books — “SuffeRing or ConqueRing – Happy Marriages in Singapore” and “The Heart of an Adulterous Woman”. She has been invited by several radio stations and magazines as a guest consultant to provide insights into the seemingly simple yet complex local dating industry
