Breath Magic and Meditation
Breath Magic is a mindful breathing process that uses spiritual alchemy to help you empty out stagnant energy stored within the body, mind and spirit. This session will help you release psychic weight that causes you to feel stuck and heavy.
Meditation improves your quality of life by deepening your connection, understanding and awareness of self and the world around you. It teaches you to let go and be fully present and mindful in each moment. It also improves your health, emotional and mental well-being.
In this Breath Magic and Meditation session, you will experience basic breathwork and meditation technique and learn how mindfulness helps you manage on-going stress through improved focus, self-awareness and self-mastery.

Ian Jin Yap is a Martha Beck life coach and healer who helps his clients enhance their self-care and self-compassion, so that they can move through difficult life situations with more grace and ease. When he is not working with clients, he studies folklore and herbal healing traditions.
