Content Writers' Workshop

Description

Every marketer knows the importance of content. But creating good content can be extremely hard work, especially if writing isn’t your biggest strength.

Following on from his previous Content Marketing seminar at Workers University, David Willoughby will introduce some methods for writing standout content for your company blog, website or other media.

This workshop will cover:

  • Idea generation
  • Writing shortcuts
  • The worst writing mistakes
  • Ruthless editing
  • Writing headlines
  • Great visuals matter
  • The psychology of sharing
  • When to pay for distribution
  • Repurposing your content

This is not a masterclass for professional writers. Rather, it’s a series of exercises that will enable anyone - even those who don’t think of themselves as writers - to generate high-quality content that engages readers and converts them into followers or customers..

This event is for you if:

  • You need to write content for your business

  • You already produce content and you’d like to get better at it

  • You want to become a more competent writer
