Yoga for Runners

Calling all runners! Release tightness and increase flexibility in your hamstrings, quads and IT bands for better performance. Class is suitable for all levels. We welcome new yogis by giving modifications to meet you where you are. Seasoned yogis are welcome to modify poses according to their abilities. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, be sure to have lots of fun on the mat.

***RSVP required*** Please bring with you:
- a mat,
- a small towel
- water
