This is exactly what we offer you to do with this free Quantum Zazen Meditation! During this casual workshop, our facilitator will introduce you to meditation exercises that will allow you to relax, improve your focus and help you to see clearer what needs to be done for you to feel more free and happy.

This meditation session is for any level, whether you are beginner or experienced in meditation, as we will provide a range of exercises to keep enjoying and deepening your meditation.
