Sake2020 Sake Salon with John Gauntner and Kidoizumi
Sake2020 Project will start an open salon for those who are interested in sake to share the joy of sake.
The salon will be open basically once a month at the newly opened JSS Information Center in Toranomon（虎ノ門）with topics which will attract your interests.
Let’s join us and share the time with nice sake and talking! The seats are limited for about 20 people, so please reply in a hurry if you would like to join.
Anybody can join, but please note that the language will be mainly in English.

Guests and Sake
World famous sake journalist and co-founder of Sake2020 Project “John Gauntner” will coordinate the salon this time and enjoy the time with you. You will be overwhelmed by his vast knowledge about sake.
A very unique brewery from Chiba “Kidoizumi” is the main topic this time. Young president and Toji “Hayato Shoji” and an American who is working in the brewery “Justin Potts” will offer their sake with talks about their brewery.
Light meal will be served with sake.
