Arts for Well-being Colouring Workshop (English)
Enjoy a relaxing morning at the National Museum of Singapore! This basic colouring workshop is inspired by the beautiful natural history drawings from the museum’s treasured William Farquhar collection. Colouring is a meditative activity that has gained new popularity among adults – it reduces anxiety and is a great opportunity to socialize and simply have some fun!
This programme is conducted by Koh Kuan Eng, the illustrator of a dialect picture book series – “Reconnecting with Dialects, One Word at a Time 大家讲方言”. The programme includes a short tour of the Desire & Danger exhibition and a colouring techniques workshop.
*This session is conducted in English.
