Women in Tech Careers Panel


This event is for gamechangers who are interested in entering the tech industry and/or are looking for a career shift. The panel features badass women who will share their insights on career growth and their path into tech. Dinner and drinks will be served.


100% of proceeds will go towards ScriptEd!


ScriptEd equips students in under-resourced schools with the fundamental coding skills and professional experiences that together create access to careers in technology.

Swati Teerdhala

Swati leads marketing for the Creative Cloud Partner Ecosystem at Adobe. She started her career in digital marketing but fell in love with the tech industry, moving to New York City to join a startup, Aviary, which was then acquired by Adobe in 2014. Avielle Wolfe

Avi is a developer at thoughtbot, a web and mobile consulting company. As a developer and product consultant, she’s worked with companies including Groupon, Shutterstock, and Merck to improve their code, process, and company culture. She is passionate about writing clean code, building inclusive spaces, and writing about herself in the third person. In her free time, you’re likely to find her reading and writing queer feminist literature or stumbling down a Wikipedia rabbit hole.




Gina Maini

Gina is a functional programmer from unorthodox backgrounds of front-end web development and unikernel libraries in OCaml, wielding an undergraduate degree in music theatre. At Jet.com, Gina works on core-infrastructure in F# and spends her daytime hours thinking about logs. She is an emacs zealot and will talk your ear off about why typed lambda calculus is the right solution for managing your complexity.
