This event listing is for the purchase of the BARRE NECESSITIES | Xtend Barre class with Erika. Expect only tough love from the ultimate barre bootcamp: get that heart pumping & sweat it out while you learn the essentials!


Notes for Attendees
Bring your own mat! Wear close-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Non-slip socks are recommended when attending Xtend Barre classes, but not required for the event.

1.40pm - 3.10pm WHAT THE HEALTH: Beautifying Made Easy by Jolin Tinkerbell
No more fats and fads. Join Jolin Tinkerbell, a holistic health and wellness coach for a 1.5 hour lunch date as she guide you through the basics of holistic health and mindful eating, introducing you to superfoods that you can incorporate into your daily diet, how and what foods to eat to prevent ailments and everything you need to know about raw vegan. All participants of this workshop will also be provided with a healthy balanced bento lunch by Dosirak!
