Slow Food (Singapore) celebrates Terra Madre Day 2016 on 10th December 2016, with the launch of our new category for our Heritage Recognition Programme - Heritage Hero Restaurants.
Heritage Heroes is Slow Food (Singapore)'s recognition programme for heritage food businesses in Singapore, and was first launched in 2014 with the introduction of 34 Heritage Heroes in the Bakeries & Confectioneries category.

The dinner will feature a very special, "once in a blue moon" nostalgic dinner menu that is reminiscent of a Birthday Celebration Dinner in Singapore's 1950 and 1960, and will be held at the iconic Red Star Restaurant, helmed by Master Chefs Sin Leong and Hooi Kok Wai, two of the remaining "Four Heavenly Kings" of Cantonese cuisine who reigned in Singapore from the early 1960s to the 1980s,
