Tai Chi, a form of martial art, is an ancient Chinese practice of slow, deliberate movements intended to help improve relaxation and balance.

As a form of 'meditation in motion', it promotes serenity, inner peace and alleviates stress and anxiety.
As part of Mahota Commune's Tai Chi Class Series, this Basic Class is great for beginners and those keen to improve their overall fitness.
