Yoga your stress away #3 - Free session - Beginners are welcome
As we are coming to the end of the year, we may consider that 2016 has been a year high in colors, with highlights and low-lights… and it may have been a bit tiring on our body, our mind or our heart.
Is it possible to deal with this accumulated tensions and feel refreshed? End the year on a positive note, ready for the new year to come?
That is what we'll do in our last session of "Yoga Your Stress Away"!
Irina, certified yoga teacher, and Manuel, certified life coach, will focus on one thing: removing the stress accumulated during 2016, bring renewed energy and get ready to create 2017!
This 'me time' workshop is a blend of conversation and yoga exercises to release physical and emotional tensions, make peace with 2016 (put a final dot on this chapter), learn the lessons from the past year and be fresh and energized for 2017.
As always, during this holistic workshop, the focus will be on:
- your body, to release tensions and aches
- your heart, to let go of the weights or the pain
- your mind, to calm and quiet the burdening thoughts
This time around though, the Yoga practice will get you in the optimal state for you to experience coaching through conversation: you'll have the opportunity to use a framework that will help you release what has been blocking you in 2016 and complete the year on a positive note.
