Hi,

ChateauAsia has passionately promoted French Wines and Champagnes for the four past years. On this 250th year of Hennessy, ChateauAsia celebrates the depth and dimension of Cognac.

Cognac is a multifaceted product of France that is named after its region and town of origin, and ChateauAsia's Cognac connoisseurs wish to share more about its rich history and intriguing methods of preparation

On this evening of celebration, guests will be served various types of Hennessy Cognac (VSOP, XO). Special guest mixologist Russell Cardoza, who is ranked among Asia's top bartenders, will also be imparting a few Cognac cocktail recipes, which guests can easily replicate in their own homes.

Besides the bevy of Cognacs and cocktails to be served on this indulgent night, gourmet dishes like duck confit, melted Brie, baba ghanoush, wild berry tarts and chocolate desserts will also be served to accentuate the experience of Hennessy's premium Cognacs.

So join us, and learn what is the "Part des Anges"? What are the grapes used to make cognac? What are the difference between a VSOP and a XO Cognac?

A unique moment of pleasure....
