Join us for this special talk by Ms Caroline Dama, teacher and climate change activist in Mombasa, Kenya. Dama serves as Project Director for Grassroots Economics, an NGO that uses empowers marginalized communities to take charge of their own livelihoods, and is Dama is also a director of Green World Campaign Kenya where she manages the planting over half a million trees per year. Dama has been certified in Permaculture Design and 4H Youth Empowerment for Environmental Solutions. She is currently working on integrating food farms as import replacing businesses in Community Currency Networks.
