How to Get Astronauts to Help with Your Experiment

Description
With the rise of NewSpace and the privatisation of space technologies, students today have amazing opportunities to work with astronauts on board the International Space Station.

Students from Singapore American School will describe the design, challenges, and procedures for launching an experiment to space. This group of pioneering students are scheduled to launch a payload on board a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, which will be carried via the Dragon capsule to ISS, where astronauts will install and monitor their lab for a month before returning it to Earth.

Launch is scheduled for April 2017.
