As a facilitator, Tino blends a powerful and energetic style to inspire and motivate people to learn. His qualifications in business development, marketing and human resources gives him an edge at successfully leading various categories of team members to excel in communication and achieving their key performance indicators.
Tino holds a Masters in Business Development and Marketing from Middlesex University, UK and Bachelors in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Washington State University, USA. He has held leadership positions in various organization, raising through the ranks quickly in pursuit of his passion in People Development and Consultancy, Business Development and Sales and Marketing.
