Pauline’s journey at Porcelain began in 2009 as a pet project to help her mother, Jenny, out but was later convinced to stay on full-time when she saw how much confidence and happiness the brand and its services brought to the customers.

With a penchant for business management, Pauline at 28, proved to be the sharp business mind her mother needs. As the Managing Director, her uncanny acumen and marketing savvy are the perfect complement to her mother’s top-notch facial skills.

Under their leadership, Porcelain has gone from strength to strength and become the beauty secret of many loyal customers.

It launched its own line of skin care in 2010 and swept the title of Best Beauty Spa in Asia Continent at the World Luxury Spa Awards twice (once in 2013, and once in 2014).

Cherry Au is founder of Autelier Group Pte Ltd. Autelier prides itself as one of the finest wedding makeup and hairstyling studios in Singapore and destinations worldwide through our overseas wedding packages.

At Autelier Makeup, Cherry and her artistes bring along their years of experience working in the cosmetics industry and continues to train and inspire women to learn the art of makeup for personal professional image branding. Cherry has been in the bridal makeup industry for 10 years and has accumulated valuable experiences in this field.

She graduated with a Bachelor Degree Major in Accountancy and Minor in Chinese from Nanyang Technological University. Prior to Autelier, she worked with PWC, and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as a Tax Auditor.

Deborah is a medical doctor, Pilates studio owner and instructor. Being an avid dancer, she was drawn to Pilates for it’s therapeutic and conditioning benefits. Pilates proved to be everything and more and she quickly fell in love with Pilates after her first few sessions.

After graduating with a Bachelor in Medicine and a Bachelor in Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore, Deborah decided to pursue her passion in Pilates by undergoing the instructor certification with STOTT PILATES.

Deborah believes in a holistic approach to health and rehabilitation supported by communication between experts from various disciplines.

A huge advocate of continuing education, Deborah actively seeks to upgrade her knowledge by organizing and participating in various workshops. She also strongly believes in health promotion and education.

Jackie Yeo is the Co-Founder and Managing Director LadyBoss Asia as well as Managing Director of Amber Creative.

Jackie wears multiple hats, as a writer to compose stories of successful women in business, as a digital marketer who focuses on helping clients build and manage their online presence and a photographer/videographer to liven up the stories. She is very much a techie and handles the marketing automation, social media, web development and business model behind LadyBoss.

Jackie is also a strong advocate of women’s rights and is keen to promote entrepreneurship among women. Outside work, she’s a self-professed foodie and an avid dancer.
