We're closing Made in Hong Kong with one of the city's most undeniable differentiators: F&B. Hong Kong has always been a place for revolutionary food.
You'll hear from panelists of the city's most up-and-coming and yummies restaurants groups and food-related businesses born in Hong Kong, whilst sampling some local brews and bites. Our experts will discuss food tech, sustainability and culture. You’ll hear from leaders from different sides of the food and hospitality industry talk about how and why they began their food journey in Hong Kong, and their biggest concerns for food today, including the impact of tech, sourcing and sustainability, and what the future of food looks like locally.
