The second edition of Oishii Japan, organised by Oishii Japan Executive Committee, is Asia's first dedicated Japanese F&B showcase. The event is an all-encompassing showcase of food, drinks and related equipment and machinery from all over Japan.
Oishii Japan caters to F&B professionals, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, importers and distributors, retailers as well as new business owners and investors in the food business. Its debut edition in 2012 attracted over 5,000 visitors from more than 20 countries.

Oishii Japan caters to F&B professionals, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, importers and distributors, retailers as well as new business owners and investors in the food business. Its debut edition in 2012 attracted over 5,000 visitors from more than 20 countries.
The exhibition is open to public on 19 October from 11am to 5.30pm at Suntec Singapore Hall 401-402. Entry fee is $4 per person (incl. 7%GST). Admission is free for children 12 years and below.
Visitors can look forward to sampling and purchasing a comprehensive array of authentic Japanese F&B ingredients, fresh and processed food products, alcoholic beverages, prefecture specialities, tableware and kitchen equipment as well as discovering the beauty of Japanese cuisine and food culture.
Ramen lovers can look forward to J-Ramen Collection, a unique showcase of three top ramen chefs from Japan - Keisuke Takeda (Keisuke), Kenji Tsukada (Bond of Hearts) and Tsujita Takehiro (Nidaime Tsujita). Known for their innovative ramen-making technique, the three chefs will converge at J-Ramen Collection to demonstrate their culinary finesse.
