竹村詠美: 「現状を打破し、STEAMを極める女性を育てること」

2人の子供を持つ母でもあるエミは、2010年から起業の道を歩み始め、2011年には日本と東南アジアを基盤に誰でも気軽にイベント運営ができるPeatix.comを共同創設。その基盤獲得において、CMO及びアジア統括責任者として陣頭指揮を取りました。また、2015年の秋には、Unreasonable Lab Japan を共同創設。日本の社会起業家達を鼓舞しています。現在エミは、日本に21世紀教育を広めるプロジェクトの成功に向け邁進しています。

廣木啓：「SF映画のホログラムが現実となる」

廣木氏はこれまで２０年以上エンタテイメント業界に身を置いてきました。大手ゲーム会社コナミ（株）のサウンド・プロダクションからキャリアをスタートした後、豪州映画製作会社Kennedy Miller Mithell Japan（株）の代表取締役として監督ジョージ・ミラーのMad Max Furiosa作品に携わり、またフランス最大のアニメーション製作会社及び第３位のゲーム開発会社であるAnkama Japan（株）の代表取締役等のポジションを歴任してきました。今後も廣木氏は最先端のテクノロジーとエンタテインメントの融合 に尽力していく事を目指しています。

ヘレン・イワタ：「グローバルな職場で沢山質問する事」

ヘレンは、マッキンゼーのクライアントコミュニケーションマネージャーとして、多くの顧客とコンサルタントを指導してきました。2013年には Sasuga! Communications を立ち上げ、グローバルな職場で働く人々がより明朗に、自信を持ってコミュニケーションがとれるよう支援する講座を提供しています。2016年の春には「英語の仕事術」を出版。自身のキャリアから導き出された実践的なコミュニケーション術を、より多くの人々に届けています。現在ヘレンは、グローバルビジネスでの成功と幸せを掴むためのコミュニケーション術を、2020年までに 2020人に対して指導する目標を掲げ、尽力しています。

大塚雅文: 「不適切なグローバルコミュニーケーションへの対策」

MANABI Limited の 社長兼最高経営責任者として、大塚雅文は15年以上もグローバルリーダーシップとコミュニケーション術を説いてきました。その客層は幅広く、巨大な多国籍企業からシリコンバレーのベンチャー企業など様々です。20以上の国々で50ものプロジェクトを指揮してきた経験から、効率的な共同作業とコミュニケーション能力を兼ね備えるグローバル人材集団の形成に尽力しています。

デイヴィッドソン・トウセイント: 「変化し続ける世界において協力するためのエッセンス」

デイヴィッドソンは、若き起業家であり、活動家や執筆家、更には社会正義と移民法改正に注力する政治家でもあります。現在ハイチ初のラーニングデジタルセンターの創設に尽力しています。この取り組みはオランダのザ・ヴォイスマガジンに取り上げられ、ヴォイス・アチーバー賞を受賞しました。また彼の受賞歴はそれにとどまらず、Haiti Tourism INCでの活動でニューヨークのブラックストリート賞受賞、2013年には JM Family Enterprise INC のアフリカン・アメリカン・アチーバーズ賞へのノミネート、南フロリダ州から毎年恒例の賞や、Haitian American Youth Media Association からの生涯会員賞など数多くの団体から高く評価されています。

ダイアナ・グリーン: 「ビジネスにおける思考能力の獲得」

Visionled International の創設者及び指導者として、ダイアナは Design of Thinking というシステムを考案。体系的にまとめつつも、戦略的プロジェクトに携わる時に人々の思考回路を理解するという従来では難しかった領域をも包括しています。Visionled® コーチン、広告、自宅学習及び講習会では、クリエーターとして考える力、想像力、更には積極的な思考へのシフトをサポートし、受講者が職場に新しい風を吹き込む人材となるよう鼓舞します。

Emi Takemura: Disrupt Tradition and Raise STEAM ambitious Girls

As a mother of two children, Emi embarked on startup journey since 2010, and co-founded Peatix.com in 2011, a leading community event platform in Japan and Southeast Asia. Emi has led efforts to drive its adoption in Japan and the Southeast Asia region as CMO and Head of Asia. Emi has also co-founded Unreasonable Lab Japan, a hyper accelerator for social entrepreneurs in Japan, since the Fall of 2015. Emi is currently leading several projects to help spread 21st centuryeducation in Japan.

Kei Hiroki: Lifelike Holograms: From Sci-Fi To Reality

Hiroki is a 20 year+ veteran in the entertainment business. He held representative director positions at Kennedy Miller Mitchell Japan, working on the Mad Max Furiosa (in development) film project under director George Miller and Ankama Japan, largest animation production company and 3rd largest video game company in France, among others roles. Starting his career at Japanese video game publisher Konami as sound creator, Hiroki has constantly been engaged in the frontiers of new technology and entertainment.

Helen Iwata: Ask More Questions in the Global Workplace

As client communications manager at McKinsey, Helen trained consultants and clients in communication skills. In 2013, Helen established Sasuga! Communications and offers live and online workshops and coaching to help people communicate with more clarity and confidence in the global workplace. In April 2016, Helen published 英語の仕事術 (Eigo no Shigoto-jutsu) to share with more people practical communication tips, exercises, and anecdotes from her career. Currently, Helen is on a mission to help 2020 people create communication habits for success and happiness in global business by 2020.

Masafumi Otsuka: Why Most Global Communications Fail and What To Do About It

As the President and CEO of MANABI Limited, Masafumi has been providing global leadership and communication training to customers ranging from large multinationals to Silicon Valley venture companies for more than fifteen years. Having led more than fifty projects involving people from over twenty countries, Masafumi specializes in developing global talents and teams to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Davidson Toussaint: The Essence of Collaboration in a Changing World

Davidson Toussaint is a young social entrepreneur, activist, author and aspiring politician passionate about social justice and immigration reform. Currently, he is launching Haiti first learning digital center. The Voice Magazine in the Netherlands has recognized Davidson’s work, for which he has received the Voice Achiever Award. Additionally, he won the Black Street Awards in New York for his work with his company Haiti Tourism INC. In 2013. Davidson has been nominated for the African-American Achievers Award, a JM Family Enterprises INC. Annual Award in South Florida, and has recently received the Lifetime Membership Award from the Haitian American Youth Media Association.

Diana green: Tapping Into Thinking Capabilities Across Business

As the founder and director of Visionled International, Diana developed the ‘Design of Thinking’ system for setting aligned strategies whilst transcending the limits to empower participants to understand how they think when undertaking strategic projects. Visionled® coaching, advising, in-house learning and workshop services inspires people at work to think as creators, tap into their imagination, shift their perspective to motivate and engage thinking capabilities so innovation can occur and flourish in their work environment.

In the spirit of ‘Ideas Worth Spreading’, TEDxRoppongi is a TEDx organisation in Tokyo that strives to encourage social innovation and open perspectives by creating a platform for thinkers and innovators in Japan.
