About the Instructor
Madhura Chavan, UX Manager, NURUN Hong Kong
Madhura Chavan is a Senior UX Design Manager currently working at NURUN . She has been the service design lead on digital innovation projects in Hong Kong catering to industries like insurance and retail.
She has a Masters in Design Strategy from Institute of Design - IIT Chicago and prior to HK she has lived and worked in India, USA and Singapore leading teams in research and innovation projects.
Her experience includes designing products, services and brand strategy for companies like SC Johnson (USA) and designing user experiences for mobile apps, learning spaces (libraries) and healthcare for the Singapore Government.
She's passionate about human centered design that delights users and creates awesome experiences. She also teaches part-time UX design courses at GA.
