Night Outing Chinatown

This is a fabulous and very popular outing to practice your M mode skills!
Learn to get trail lights, starbursts and sharp shots in poor light conditions.

We will have a short tutorial before it gets dark to get you used to your tripod and general techniques of night photography.
We will discuss tips and tricks to avoid common mistakes and to maximise image quality in a variety of different settings.
We will go to a couple of my 'special' vantage points and we will visit the street markets.

This outing is only for students who have completed my Beginner and Step 2 classes and hence are ready to practice shooting in M mode.
Please note that it is a busy and noisy part of town. This will affect teaching ( and stress levels :) ) somewhat but you will have one on one time and you can ask questions as we go along.

Group size minimum 3 max 4.

You will need a tripod and a wide angle lens. A prime lens would be ideal for the visit to the markets, but it is not essential.
