Kitty Downer is a speaker and writer on change and space. She works with senior executives on how they can radically challenge their thoughts to be clear of who they are and what they want by using change and space so that they can make personal and professional breakthroughs they desire.

She has developed a simple 3 step process to make and sustain changes and space in life. In each step, there are models and codes to guide through the process, to make it digestible and sustainable.

Kitty is originally from Hong Kong. Currently, she resides in Singapore with her English husband and their 2 young children. She loves traveling and moving to different cities. She relocated 7 times globally in the last 13 years, independently, as a couple and with the family. Kitty is also a qualified yoga teacher. She uses her yoga practice to ground herself and open space in each change she makes.
