Join Emily for an hour of Yoga in the park to get fit and rejuvenate yourself after a day's work. Emily provides a balanced practice infused by the Chinese philosophical principles of Yin and Yang. Emily blends active and dynamic Yang practices with more passive Yin floor-based restorative poses. Emily's classes will enable you to gain strength, flexibility, balance, improved proprioception and ease of movement, whilst also releasing myofascial tension in the body.
