About Lee Bagshaw:
Lee is a Partner and Corporate Technology Lawyer at Simmonds Stewart, a boutique technology law firm, providing corporate and commercial legal services. Prior to joining Simmonds Stewart, Lee was a Partner and Head of the Corporate Technology Singapore firm RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. Before working in Singapore, Lee worked in the London office of Taylor Wessing, which regularly tops the rankings of UK venture capital law firms.
Lee is an experienced corporate lawyer specializing in venture capital and M&A transactions in the technology sector across Asia Pacific. Lee’s experience in Asia advising technology businesses includes:
· Advising investors, startups and growth tech companies on governance, structuring, venture capital financing including seed and follow-on series investments, convertible and venture debt investments and exits
· Managing complex legal and regulatory issues relating to setting up operations or transacting in unfamiliar jurisdictions across Asia;
