※チケットご購入の前に必ずお読みください。

・グランピングサイトのチケットにはTAICOCLUB'16のチケットは含まれておりません。当グランピングサイトはTAICOCLUB'16会場内ですので、必ず別途ご購入ください。
・お申込後の変更・キャンセルはお受けできませんのでご注意ください。
・お申し込みいただきましたお客様の情報はすべて主催者に所属いたします。
・不正入場が発覚した場合、理由の如何にかかわらず身柄を警察に引き渡します。
・雨天決行。天災や不慮の事故等による中止の場合の料金の払戻はありません。
・宿泊者様の故意又は過失により万一当ホテルが損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊者様は当ホテルに対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。
・ペット同伴でのご入場はご遠慮下さい。
・既にテント利用券をご購入済みの場合、1テントのご宿泊につきテント利用券1枚をチェックイン時に現金と引き換えさせていただきます。
・宿泊人数の上限は各テントによって異なります。宿泊人数の上限を超えた宿泊はできません。
・チケットはテント１張りごとの値段です。宿泊者全員がチケットを購入する必要はありません。
・お申込みはお１人様２テントまでです。３テント以上のお申込みはできません。
・当サイトに使用されている画像はイメージ画像です。宿泊時のサービスに含まれないイメージも掲載されています。
・テントは事前にグランピングサイト内の指定エリアに設置しております。お客様自身でテントを設置する必要はございません。
・宿泊者様が連絡しないで宿泊当日の到着予定時刻になっても到着しないときは、その宿泊契約は宿泊客様により解除されたものとみなし処理することがあります。
・グランピングサイト内でお持ち込みのテント・タープその他の設営はできません。あらかじめご了承ください。
・テント内は禁煙、及び土足禁止です。喫煙は指定の場所でお願いします。
・キャンプファイヤーは指定エリアで行います。直火の使用はできませんので予めご了承ください。
・指定エリア以外での火気のご使用は禁止となります。宿泊者様による、ランプ、ランタン、キャンドルなどの火の使用は厳禁です。電気式のものをご使用ください。また、花火や火薬類の持ち込みも禁止致します。
・グランピングサイトにシャワーなどの入浴施設等はございませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・グランピングサイト閉場後、テント内に残ったものは全て廃棄させていただきます。忘れ物の無いよう、お気を付けください。
・グランピングサイトへの宅配便受付等はお受け出来ませんのでご遠慮ください。
・グランピングサイト受付時間中、当エリアにてグランピングサイト専用のリストバンドをお渡し致します。
・グランピングサイトは宿泊者様専用のエリアとなり、専用リストバンドでのみ入場可能となります。その他のチケット等では一切ご入場いただけません。
・チェックインの際に当サイト専用リストバンドをお渡しします。引換後はリストバンドがお客様の購入証明となります。 開催期間中は大切に取り扱ってください。
・当サイト内への出入りの際は、サイト内セキュリティゲートにてスタッフがリストバンドチェック致します。 チェックイン時につけるリストバンドは絶対にはずさないでください。
・当サイト内でリストバンドチェックを行なっておりますので、ご協力ください。
・リストバンドが無い場合はご退場願います。
・リストバンドの紛失については、いかなる場合でも再発行致しませんので御注意ください。
・各テント以外のグランピングサイトは宿泊者様共用のスペースとなります。他の宿泊者様への迷惑行為があった場合など、スタッフの判断でグランピングサイトから退場していただく場合がございます。他の宿泊者の方へのご配慮をお願いします。

・宿泊者様が以下の項目に該当すると判断された場合、宿泊していただけません。

- 宿泊の申込みが、正規ルートによらないとき。チケットの転売・譲渡はできません。
- 宿泊の申込みをしようとする者が、「暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律」（平成4年3月1日施行）による暴力団及びその構成員ならびにその関係者、その他の反社会的勢力であると認められるとき。
- 宿泊の申込みをしようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき
- 宿泊の申込みをしようとする者が暴力団又は暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき。
- 宿泊の申込みをしようとする者が、法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員に該当するものがいるもの。
- 宿泊の申込みをしようとする者が、宿泊に関してまたは当グランピングサイト内で、暴行、脅迫、恐喝、不当な要求、賭博行為、使用禁止薬物の所持もしくは使用、他の利用客に著しく迷惑を及ぼす行為、その他法令公序良俗に反する行為をするおそれがあるとき。
- 宿泊の申込みをしようとする者が、伝染病であると明らかに認められるとき。
- 宿泊に関し合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
- 天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
- 宿泊しようとする者が、他の宿泊客に著しく迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあるとき、及び、宿泊客が他の宿泊客に著しく迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。

・当エリア内で発生した事故・事件・盗難等について、Taico Club事務局、Campfire Hotels、主催者、会場、アーティスト側は一切の責任を負いませんので、予めご了承ください。

Glamping Site Policies/Tickets Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these Glamping Site Policies/Tickets Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before proceeding to buying tickets for Glamping Site.

◾️Tickets Terms and Conditions of Sale
・Glamping Site tickets do not include admission to Taicoclub’16. They will be only be valid when used with a Taicoclub’16 ticket since Glamping Site is inside the Taicoclub’16 site.
・All orders final as placed. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
・Tickets are non-transferable.
・We may use and retain the personal information provided by you for our services.
・Anyone found to have inappropriately gained entry to Glamping Site will be reported to the police.
・Event is rain or shine. No refunds under any circumstances.
・If you have already purchased a Ticket T(tent use ticket), you will receive a refund in cash for the amount of one Ticket T per Glamping Site ticket purchased at the time of check in.
・The maximum occupancy is 4 adults for Suite, 5 for Basic(L) and 3 for Basic(S) and must not be exceeded.
・The ticket rates are per tent. Only one ticket per group needed.
・Ticket orders are limited to two per person. Anyone that purchases more, either for themselves or for others are subject to cancellation.
・The images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the actual services, interior design or site plan provided.
・There are no shower facilities on site.
・Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on our website and in online partner websites, however, Taicoclub organizers/Campfire Hotels/Kodama-no-mori/Artists can not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserves the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
・Taicoclub organizers/Campfire Hotels/Kodama-no-mori/Artists are not responsible for any loss arising out of any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, war, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, fire, failure of electrical or other power supplies, bad weather, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.

◾️General Onsite Glamping Rules
・No pets.
・Do not worry about setting up your tent. All the tents will be set up and ready for you by the check in time.
・If you arrive past the scheduled check in time without notice, that may result in cancellation of your reservation.
・You are not allowed to pitch your own tents, tarps, or shelters.
・No smoking in tents. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
・Shoes off in tents.
・Campfires are not permitted outside the designated area.
・No open fires, fireworks, any type of explosives or flame of any type allowed. This includes candles, propane lanterns, and propane lamps. Use electric ones if needed.
・Any items left behind by guests in tents after the event closes will be disposed of.
・We are unable to accept incoming parcels, packages or any mail.
・Glamping Site is exclusively available for our guests only. All registered guests will receive a wristband at the time of check in which grants them exclusive access to Glamping Site. No admission onto Glamping Site without a wristband after check in. No exceptions.
Wristbands must be worn on site at all times and are void if tampered with or removed.
Wristbands are nontransferable, nonexchangeable and can not be reissued under any circumstances.
There will be wristband checks at the entry point and on site at all times by Glamping Site crews.
Anyone found without a wristband on Glamping Site will be removed immediately and no refunds will be issued.
・Please note that there may be visits by selected members of the press/media and the organizers.
・Outside of your tent is a communal space. All guests are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other guests.
・Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause, negligently or intentionally, to the Campfire Hotels’ property such as furniture and furnishings, and may be charged for such damage, damage repair and/or lost revenue.
Campfire Hotels has a zero tolerance policy in which it reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in Glamping Site or may remove a person who:

(1)has purchased a ticket from a third party or scalper
(2)is a member or semi-regular member of, or is involved with the Anti Social Forces such as Yakuza, Boryokudan and an organized crime group described in “Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members” in effect since Mar. 1, 1992.
(3)is a member of a corporate body or a corporate body whose board members include such a person as described in (2).
(4)is a member of a corporate body or a corporate body controlled by a person as described in (2) or the Anti Social Forces.
(5)is deemed to behave inappropriately, or give cause for concern that their participation may cause offence against law, public order or good morals.
(6)is deemed to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Glamping Site acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroyed negligently or intentionally, or threatens to destroy Campfire Hotels property. Untoleratd behavior includes but not limited to acts of violence, intimidation, threats, unreasonable demands, possession or use of illegal drugs and gambling.
(7)is found infected by infectious diseases.

If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
