About the Instructors
Zerlina has actively practised meditation for the last 20 years. She is passionate about soulful parenting and, as a mother of three, mindfulness has been integral to her journey of self-discovery and effectiveness as a parent. This workshop has been inspired by the wonderful benefits experienced after teaching meditation to her children. A former finance and management consultant, she is now pursuing further education in mindfulness and life coaching. Zerlina believes in the exchange of enlightened energy and shares her reflections and writing at: https://honeyjoysblog.wordpress.com

Mallika is an international school teacher who has taught in Singapore for over 11 years. Since implementing mindfulness in her classes in school, and running workshops outside, she has come to see the importance of focusing on the life skills of resilience, managing stress and increasing concentration. She feels mindfulness is needed by young people and adults today, especially in our content-saturated world of technology. This course teaches mindfulness skills which can be applied everyday, to build resilience and develop a greater sense of well-being for children.
