Wesleyan Adult Fitness Wellness Series: Move Right

There are many reasons why we all do not move right, have aches and pains and often get injured. We tend to overlook some common areas of lost mobility that cause issues. This workshop will include ways to self-mobilize the upper back, hips and ankles. These overlooked areas of restricted movement lead to limitations of the back, neck, shoulders and knees and prevent us from getting the most out of our workouts and day-to-day activities. Workshop highlights include: learning to restore mobility, clean up problem areas, minimize risk of injury and maximize the benefits of your workout. Come dressed to participate in simple movements so you can leave with techniques you can use right away!
