～お申込の際の注意事項～
= Notes for Registration =
1、お申込ボタンについて / “GET TICKET” button
チケットのお申込ボタンはこちらのページの一番下にあります。オレンジ色のボタン「チケットを申込む」をクリックしてください。
The button is at the bottom right of this page. Please click the orange button “GET TICKET”.
2、5/28（土）のWSについて / WS on Sat. May 28th
5/28（土）日本語コンテストまたは5/29（日）英語コンテストの少なくとも一つを申し込んだ方に限り、（追加料金なしで）参加することができます。
必ずこちらのページで事前登録をお願いします。登録がなく当日お越しいただいてもWSに参加ができない可能性があります。
WS on Sat. 28th is available free of charge. Provided that even if you would like to attend only the WS without attending any contest, you are requested to get a ticket for either the Japanese Contest on May 28th or the English Contest on May 29th.
必ずこちらのページで事前登録をお願いします。登録がなく当日お越しいただいてもWSに参加ができない可能性があります。There is no additional charge for workshop, but only those who have applied for the contests can sign up for workshop on Sat.
Those who have registerd for either the Japanese Contest on May 28th or the English Contest on May 29th can sign up for the WS on Sat. 28th. No additional charge will be required, but please make sure to register for the programs you would like to attend. Without registration, you may not be able to attend the WS.
3、早割料金について / Early Bird Discounted Prices
日本語、英語コンテストとも4/30までにお申し込みいただいた場合に、早割価格（各3000円）が適用されます。5/1以降のお申し込みの場合、料金は各3500円となります。
The Early Bird Price for the Japanese and the English Contests
(3,000 yen for each) is applicable until
Apr. 30th.
From May 1st, the ticket price for each contest
shall be 3,500 yen.
4、宿泊について / Accomodation
こちらで予約ができる宿泊先は大阪国際交流センター内の宿泊施設です。

*お支払い方法： 現地支払いです。チェックインまたはチェックアウト時。
日曜のチェックアウト時は混雑のため時間がかかることが予想されます。お急ぎの方はチェックイン時の支払いを進め致します。
*キャンセルの連絡先： 直接ホテルまで（TEL 06-6773-8181もしくはfront@ihho.jp までご連絡をお願いします。運営受付チームへのご連絡はお控えください。
*キャンセル料金： 5日前より30％、前日
50％、当日100％のキャンセル料金がかかりますので、ご注意ください。。キャンセル料金は直接ホテルにお支払いいただきます。
Accommodation is available at Hotel International House Osaka (http://ihho.jp/) located in International House through this registration page.
・Payment: “On-site Payment” (Please make
payment when checking in or checking out. It is expected that the front desk will be extremely busy on the
Sunday morning. If you are in a hurry, it is
recommended that you make payment when checking
in at the hotel.)
・Contact for cancellation: Contact for Cancellation: Please contact the hotel (phone: 06-6773-8181 or e-mail: front@ihho.jp) directly. Please refrain from contacting the Spring Conference reception team.
Cancellation Fees: Please note that the following Cancellation Fees will apply: Cancellation of 2-5 days prior to the reserved date: 10% of lodging cost. Cancellation of one day prior to lodging: 50% of lodging cost. Same day cancellation or no-show: 100% of lodging cost. Cancellation Fee shall be paid to the hotel directly.
5、キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy
お申込後のキャンセルはできかねます。ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いします。
Cancellation after registration is not acceptable. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.
6、プロスペクティブクラブに所属をしている方へ / For Members of Prospective Clubs
現在プロスペクティブクラブのみに所属をしている方は”非会員価格”でコンテストに
参加をすることができます。チケット名に（非会員）と記載しているチケットを選択してください。
Those
who belong only to a prospective club and do not belong to a chartered
club can get the “non-member ticket” at a reasonable price (1,000 yen
for each contest.) Please check tickets written for “non-members.”
7、お申込締切日 / Deadline of Registration
お申込の締切日は5/25（水）23：59です。
※5/28（土）及び29（日)の各お弁当のお申込みは5/24 23:59（火）まで！
The registration deadline is at 23:59, Wed. May 25.
*Deadline for Packed Lunch for May 28th and 29th is on May 24th.
