Mallika is an international school teacher who has taught in Singapore for over 11 years. Since implementing mindfulness in her classes in school, and running workshops outside, she has come to see the importance of focusing on the life skills of resilience, managing stress and increasing concentration. She feels mindfulness is needed by young people and adults today, especially in our content-saturated world of technology. This course teaches mindfulness skills which can be applied every day to bring greater clarity and peace of mind.
