Poolside al fresco restaurant in a romantic dining destination in the heart of the city with Chef Albert Ortiz. Hailing from Barcelona, armed with 12 years of experience, Guest Chef Albert Ortiz will take us on a gastronomical journey through Spain with a specially curated menu.

Chef Albert will be cooking up a storm for us at Singapore Marriott Hotel’s alfresco poolside restaurant, the Pool Grill. Offering for us to savour traditional Spanish flavours such as Pan-seared Salmon in Cider Vinegar, Garlic Mousseline Sauce; Grilled Octopus with Crusty Pork Jowl and Green Asparagus and Stewed Veal Tongue with Mash Potato & Red Wine, Smoked Salmon Mi-Cuit, Spinach and Black Tea Cream with Whipped Goat Cheese & Candied Grapefruit; Pasta lovers can expect home-made Tagliatelle Pasta and Chorizo Carbonara to brighten up your day.

To sweeten the deal, desserts like Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream with Arabica Coffee Foam, Cointreau Gelee and Chocolate Soil; Dark Chocolate Ice Cream, Char-grilled Banana, Gorgonzola Cheese and Caramelized Butter Bread, are available.
