Over Cancer Together ~がんを共に乗り越えよう~キャンペーン
「Over Cancer Together～がんを共にのりこえよう～」キャンペーン（OCT）は、キャンサー・サバイバー（＝がん患者、経験者とその家族、遺族、ケアをする人、友人、など、‘広くがんに関係のある方’）が自分の体験を語り、その話を聞くことで、日本のがんに関する課題を明らかにして 「がん患者を含む国民が、がんを知り、がんと向き合い、がんに負けることのない社会」の実現を目指そうというキャンペーンです。性別、年齢、がんの種類は問いません。

私は、表情研究家として、日頃、ご自分の笑顔や表情でお悩みの方のご相談に乗っております。
その中で見えてくるものは、人の目や世の中の評価ばかりが気になってしまい、自分らしさはもとより、本当の自分らしい笑顔さえ、忘れさせてしまうような混沌として見える現代社会で生きる人間の疲弊した〝こころ〟の部分です。
生きていれば想定外の出来事、辛い状況に遭遇してしまうことは、誰でもあることでしょう。
ストレスや悩みが持たない人もほとんどいないことでしょう。
その悩みが強くなっていくと、人はどんどんネガティブな方向へ向いていきます。
それが深くなれば精神病や、最悪の場合は自殺にもなりかねず、実際に年々自殺者は増えていく一方です。
私たちは，今こそ、もっと周りに目を向け、お互いにもっと思いやりの気持ちを持ち、支え合うことが本当に必要な時です。
人間は、人の愛や優しさを知ったり、また、自分が誰かのために尽くすことで、ポジティブな気持ちに変われる笑顔力（=幸福力）を持ち合わせています。
この仕事をして約20年、ご自分の無限の能力に気づき前向きによりよい人生を送るれるようになったたくさんのクライアントさんを見て参りました。
わたしは、ある意味、幸せへのきっかけ作りをほんのわずか提供させて頂いただけですが、一方で、きっかけがなければ、なかなか自分の素晴らしい能力に気づくことができません。
そこで、もっと多くの方に、自分の持っている笑顔力の素晴らしさを知って頂きたいと、今年から、非営利の活動として、このHappy&Smileセミナーをスタートしました。
このセミナーの趣旨は、日常から離れて日頃の雑事を忘れ、心から楽しいひとときを過ごして頂くことです。何かに悩んだり苦しんだりしているとき、このセミナーが少しでも、ポジティブになったり、人生に新たな希望や喜びを見出すきっかけを提供できるよう、毎回色々なテーマのセミナーを企画しております。
今回のセミナーは、私が活動しているガンサバイバ-をサポートするボランティアグループJapan For LIVESTSRONGと私が主催している乳がんフィットネスの会のメンバーにお手伝い頂き、上映会を行うことになりました。
今回は、特にガンサバイバ-の方を応援するセミナーではありますが、映画自体はガンとは関係のないストーリーですが、パワーと勇気、そして希望を与えてくれる素晴らしい映画です。
もちろん、一般の方、あらゆる方にご参加いただき、ご覧頂きたい映画です。
見終わった後には、自分の無限の可能性にワクワクしてくることでしょう！
トークショーでは、がんに関係の深いSpecial Member にご登壇頂き、”本当の笑顔で生きるってどんなことか？”をテーマに、命の素晴らしさ、人間の無限の可能性、幸せの法則などについて、お話しを伺う予定です。
また思わず笑ってしまうSpecial Surpriseもあるかもしれません−!!
とにかく感動と希望の3時間を共に過ごして頂けたらと思います!!

“SWITCH” is a touching documentary film tracing the history of research by Dr. Kazuo Murakami, a professor emeritus at the University of Tsukuba, who is a global biotechnology authority, pursuing infinite possibilities for humanity and depicting the lives of people whose DNA are switched on.
This movie gives strength, courage and hope to cancer survivors, their family and friends, and everyone as a whole. It would make you excited about your own limitless possibilities.
Some special guests deeply involved in the cancer area will appear on our talk show and tell us about the beauty of life, endless potential of humankind, and law of happiness on the theme of how to activate our lives.
There might also be a special surprise at the event besides the film and talk show!

Dr. Murakami, a professor emeritus at the University of Tsukuba, acting in the film has this to say: “laughter could switch on dormant genes.”
People are subjected to various stressors which could switch off human genes. These are negative stresses.
On the other hand, could there be positive stressors that switch on human genes? Dr. Murakami says that it must be “laughter.”
