Practices in product design have evolved and diversified over the years. Product design work flow has been shaped by new technologies introduced by other industries. To some extent, the relevance of product design is shaped by the user experience. This leads to the critical need for product designers to be even more knowledgeable and creative in their design approach and outcome. This presentation will discuss the challenges face by product designers and their ongoing endeavors through the lens of Experience Design.
