Getting Down On All Fours @ Bishan-AMK Park

Babies do it, many animals do it, and a strong human should be able to do it too! Crawling is one of the first movement skills that we pick up as an infant. It is the first contralateral skill (left hand with right leg, and vice versa) that we pick up. There are observations of difficulties in mental development if babies do not get to crawl enough before progressing to walking. Come learn the many types of crawls with Coach Justin!

Group classes are introduction to basic human movement skills such as crawling, walking, balancing, running, climbing, lifting, carrying, catching, and throwing. Each class will focus on different skills to establish a solid foundation that will help you progress to more complex and intense applications.
