We're back it again, and we're bringing out the champions to cook it out (because if they duked it out, then we'd have no food).

New Venue, New Time, New Bites!

The Chef Showdown is a competitive platform for new and ambitious chefs to showcase their creative talents for an afternoon of food, drinks and interaction. This competition will bring together past Chef Showdown champions and food lovers (a.k.a. you!), for a night of bites, drinks and conversation.

Competition Details

The champions of the 2015 Chef Showdowns will be doing what they do best, making your tummy happy but this time they're taking their talents to new levels. Thinking they've created their best bites in previous showdowns, they'll have to one-up themselves and each other, and concoct two-bite size culinary creations to impress the kommunity. You, the audience, will taste, critique and judge each bite based on creativity, presentation and taste. The chef with the highest rating will be served with the Chef Showdown Grand Apron!

Ticket Pricing: $25 Online I $30 Credit Card Payment At Door

Ticket includes all six bites, non-alcoholic beverages, welcome hors d'oeuvres and the opportunity to vote for the Chef Showdown Clash of Champions winner.

JASMINE SHETH - Inaugural Chef Showdown Champion

The Masala Mademoiselle is the owner and head chef at The Amuse Bouche might have an MBA over a culinary degree, but Jasmine knows how to create a flair of flavors by marrying her Indian heritage with French & Mediterranean cuisines.

FLORVIL VALDEZ - Chef Showdown #2 Champion

Personal Chef & Owner of Serve M.E. Now. where they provide in-home, on-site personal chef & catering services in the tristate area. Nothing about Chef Flo is traditional, but his food, like him, is full of life and sassiness.

JANE PAULA IGNACIO - Chef Showdown #3 Champion

A New Jersey native, has cultivated a unique skill combing both American Regional cuisine and her Filipino culture. The Head Food Creator at Eemas Cuisine where their mission is to immerse you in the Aloha Spirit with every delicious bite.
