Earn Your Armour (Singapore) Challenge 6
A customised workout put together by Virgin Active trainers specially for Earn Your Armour challenge, expect lots of fun and adrenaline pumping exercises involving core and bodyweight.
• 5 mins warmup
• 2 sets of 3 exercises (4 mins each)
• Tabata exercises (10 mins)
• Cool down: 5-7 mins

Under Armour makes all athletes better. Earn Your Armour Challenge 6 provides free sessions for participants. The session will feature a specially coached session by experienced trainers from Virgin Active.
