Earn Your Armour (Singapore) Challenge 6

Description

A customised workout put together by Virgin Active trainers specially for Earn Your Armour challenge, expect lots of fun and adrenaline pumping exercises involving core and bodyweight.

Programme flow:

5 mins warmup

2 sets of 3 exercises (4 mins each)

Tabata exercises (10 mins)

Cool down: 5-7 mins

Strength and conditioning, HIIT, Tabata, core exercises, bodyweight training.

Armour @ The Bay Singapore is an initiative started by Under Armour to boost personal fitness.

Under Armour makes all athletes better. Earn Your Armour Challenge 6 provides free sessions for participants. The session will feature a specially coached session by experienced trainers from Virgin Active.
