WINE&DINE Marketplace is a 2-day indoor food market with several great restaurants and 4 bars at Culinaryon.


Come and join this tasteful and fun experience to:

  • Taste small dishes of several great restaurants and premium live oysters
  • Each restaurant serves 4 dishes
  • Take part in intimate cooking demonstrations and masterclasses with chefs behind your favorite restaurants
  • Have a nice drink at our cocktail bar, special beer bar and wine bars (every entrance ticket entitles you to a free drink at the event)

  • Enjoy lunch tasting portions between 12-3pm or dinner between 6–10pm with a mix of exciting masterclasses lined up in the afternoon from 3-6pm.

WINE&DINE Marketplace is organized by WINE&DINE Magazine, Singapore's pioneer gourmet & lifestyle monthly magazine.


The venue is Culinaryon, a spacious 7,000 sq ft studio, by far the largest cooking studio in Asia. There are 4 connected areas, each with its own cooking stations, chef table and a bar.

BACCHANALIA - Masterclass & Cocktail Pairing Session (FREE Session, 1hr 15 min)

Explore nature's basket with an afternoon of applied cooking techniques, culinary science and creative dishes, paired with innovative cocktails from our mixology corner.

- A French onion Soup (48H caramelized onion broth, rye croutons, cheddar aeros, stout pickled onions, house made ricotta)

- A Carrot Fantasia (a selection of carrots cooked in different ways, dukkah, hummus and garden curry)


HAVE FUN learning how to make Italian Pasta & Gelato (1.5 hrs)
Chef Marco Violano of Double TwentyTwo will teach & guide you to prepare your own:
- Italian pasta and 2 special sauces.
- Handmade Tagliatelle with Amatriciana sauce (Pancetta/bacon & tomato sauce) OR Handmade Tagliatelle with Arrabiata sauce (Spicy tomato sauce)
- Home-made Mango ice cream with berries coulis

The concept of the WINE&DINE Marketplace:

  1. Buy your entrance ticket online or at the door (subject to capacity) for S$ 25 per person
  2. Every entrance ticket entitles you to 1 free drink at the event (wine, beer or water)
  3. Enjoy all dishes from restaurants and finger food plates at only S$ 10
  4. All beers, cocktails and wines are also available at only S$ 10
  5. Coupons for food and drinks available for sale at the reception
