Earn Your Armour (Malaysia) Challenge 5

Description

Participate in free CrossFit workouts conducted by Under Armour MY Brand Ambassador, Nicholas Mak at Fuel Athletics. Throughout the challenge, you will gain encouragement and training tips from Nicholas, who will be with you every step of the way, pushing you to Earn Your Armour.

TEAMS
Each team will consist of 2 athletes
Two sessions:
6.00pm – 7.10pm
7.35pm – 8.45pm
Each session will have 32 athletes on the field:
8 Teams – Male
8 Teams – Female

WORKOUT A
10 Minutes AMRAP
12 reps – Medicine Ball Transfer (6kg women / 12kg men)
12 reps – Burpees Plate (15kg women / 20kg men)

WORKOUT B
6 Rounds
50 Meters – Friend Carry
50 Meters – Both Partners to Sprint Back

*TIE BREAKER
8 Minutes AMRAP
5 reps – Push Ups
10 reps – Squats
15 reps – Sit Ups

RULES
Medicine Ball Transfer
- Similar to a wall ball toss. Movement requires for an athlete to squat and toss to ball overhead to partner
- One transfer counts for one rep

Burpees Plate
- One partner holds the plate overhead, while the other does the 12 of burpees
- Switch partners and repeat

Tie Breaker
- All movements must be in sync with partner for the rep to count

Under Armour makes all athletes better. Earn Your Armour Challenge 5 provides free sessions for participants. The session will feature a specially coached session by Under Armour SG Brand Ambassador Nicholas Mak.

All participants are required to sign-in and complete an Indemnity Form prior to the workout at the registration table. Please gather at the workout venue 15 minutes before the event to ensure a rush-free process.
