50 meters – Tire pull
50 reps – Burpees, alternating with partner
1 Round For Time
400 meters – Relay run
50 meters – Sled push
- Alternating burpees with partner to complete 50 reps
- Partner A does 1 rep followed by partner B and so on, until 50 reps completed
- Partner A does 400m run and Partner B does 400m run
