Are you interested to make your own Gelato to expand your menu offering or start-off a new business venture? Join us in this long-running Gelato course, with demonstrations, recipe formulations and tasting, where we will explore the various ingredients and their functions, discuss the difference between gelato and ice-cream, and finally, taste some freshly made gelato!

These professional training series courses are usually by invitation-only to industry professionals, but we are happy to debut this event on Peatix for a one day open-to-public event for limited seats.

Important: Due to the nature of the course and tasting, we will also touch on the equipment necessary for production. As such, we will absolutely NOT entertain questions of the nature of how one can produce ice-cream or gelato using household equipment, or without equipment.
