Sarah Mineko Ichioka is an experienced leader, influencer and innovator whose diverse portfolio includes management, strategic planning, consultancy, and project delivery work for prominent institutions of culture, policy and research, including the LSE’s Urban Age programme, Tate Modern, La Biennale di Venezia, New York City’s Department of Housing, Singapore’s National Parks Board, and The Architecture Foundation (UK), where she was chief exec from 2008—2014.

Deputy Director (Next Generation Services), Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore
Ms Lee is the Deputy Director of the Next Generation Services Development division (NGSV) of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). As the head of division for NGSV, she is responsible for the development and adoption of next gen services on the Next Generation Infrastructure which IDA is implementing for Singapore’s Smart Nation vision. Her division leads the charge to spearhead the innovative and sophisticated use of Smart Nation services, and encourage both enterprises and consumers to adopt services leveraging the Smart Nation infrastructure.
Dr. Jawn Lim

Dr Jawn Lim is an Assistant Professor and Deputy Programme Director at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He teaches design, business innovation, and is also involved in campus development.
Ben Gattie
Previously, he worked in the American construction industry at Arquitectonica, Frank Gehry, Marmol Radziner, and Hetzel Design. He was most recently the Assistant Director of the Design Thinking & Innovation Academy, Singapore. He completed the Doctor of Design from Harvard University with the support of the Harvard GSD Teaching Fellowship and the DesignSingapore Creative Industries Scholarship, and the Masters of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture with the support of the SCI-Arc Graduate Scholarship.
He also holds the Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) from the National University of Singapore. He has served as a judge for the Golden Jubilee Design Award, Design Engage Grant, Singapore Prestige Brand Award and I-CREATE (Assistive Technology) Award.
His interests includes Science Fiction Design, Futurology, Business Intelligence, and Innovation Strategies.

After learning the ropes with Red Brick Properties in New York City, Ben returned home to Singapore in 2010 and founded The Bamboo Group, a boutique real estate investment and development company focusing on the acquisition and conversion of shop houses and small buildings. The Bamboo Group’s portfolio includes APATO - simple studio living for young professionals, The Bamboo House - hostel accommodation for students and now, The Working Capitol – a hybrid of serviced offices, coworking, events & F&B.

Jay Jenkins
Jay is the Solutions Engineering Lead for the Google Apps for Work business in Asia, and helps organizations transform their current technologies and workplaces in order to support digital marketing and digital operations.
Jay has 19 years of experience in technology transformation for a wide range of industries around the globe. Prior to Google, he was a partner at a specialist firm focused on agile transformation and business process reengineering which was acquired by a large consulting firm. Jay has been a consultant with BearingPoint and KPMG where he specialised in business process transformation for finance and government industries.
Born in the United States, Jay has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth, School of Business. For the last 11 years, Jay has lived and worked in Australia, Vietnam, and now Singapore, with his family.
